Conditions for Refund and Return:
- Serious quality issue with the product.
- Wrong size sent (Caused by our mistake).
- Lost package (Please note that slow logistics updates do not mean the package is lost unless it is confirmed lost).
- Requests for return and refund must be made within 7 days after the package is delivered, and the product needs to be returned in good condition.
Situations that are not covered by after-sales service:
- Don't like the products received or think the quality is not satisfactory.
- The wrong size or color was selected.
- The shipping address filled in by the customer is inaccurate, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.
- The consignee's phone is always unanswered, and cannot get in touch via email, phone, social media, etc., resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.
- The customer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance causes the package to be destroyed by the customs.
- The customer requested that the package be placed in the garage or outside the door, causing the package to be lost.
Note:
For non-quality problems or quality problems without valid evidence, we will not accept returns in any way.
The warehouse department cannot accept any packages that are subject to shipping and customs duties or packages that are returned without negotiation.
Requirements for Returns:
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, or altered in any way.
- The item should have no scent or body odour. If you need to try it on, please do so after showering.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
- Please bear the return shipping cost as we do not provide Freight Collect (FTC) service.
- Ensure that the item is intact, odorless, stain-free, and without severe creases that affect its resale.
Return Method:
- Use regular post office for return, declare the contents of the package as “gift” and write a low value to avoid customs holding the package due to incorrect declaration.
- Upon receiving the return, we will process your refund or reshipment.
- Please note that as these are replicas, they may be confiscated by customs. In such cases, a full refund cannot be provided, but a partial refund can be issued.
- Import duties will be deducted from the refund; the same applies for exchange.
- Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Return Address:
Please do not send returns to the address on the package. It is not our return address and will impact the processing of your return.
Regarding Refunds:
- We are committed to providing 100% satisfactory service. Each item is manually checked by our team member before dispatch to ensure quality.
- If your package is confiscated by customs and you did not purchase customs insurance, we will resend your item at 50% of the original price. If you are unsatisfied with the reshipped item, we can also refund 50% of the original amount.
- If you have purchased customs insurance, we will reship the confiscated item for free.
- In case of order cancellation, if the item has not been shipped, we will provide a full refund (7% cancellation fee applies for card payments). However, once the item has been dispatched, we will not accept cancellations.
- We will process refunds via PayPal.
